Dr. X’s true spiritual awakening began through her study of Pan-Africanism. This intellectual and cultural exploration reconnected her to her African heritage and opened the door to Hoodoo, the African American spiritual tradition that marries ancestral wisdom with practical healing.
Her spiritual path deepened during her time in Miami, Florida, where she studied and practiced Santería and Haitian Vodou. These experiences broadened her understanding of spiritual work and solidified her role as a bridge between traditions. An ordained minister and a highly skilled practitioner, Dr. X is now the head of the Divine Healing Spiritualists Temple and Conjuring The Root, where she leads with wisdom, compassion, and an unshakable sense of purpose.
Dr. X is a master conjurer, diviner, and spiritual translator, acting as a liaison between the physical and spiritual realms. Her work as a Birth and Death doula reflects her belief in the sanctity of life’s transitions, and she approaches these moments with grace and reverence.
